Rachel Richards

@MrsRichards_HEcAfter having lived and taught in the Home Counties of England for over 20 years I uprooted my husband and sons to move to Newtonmore in The Scottish Highlands where I teach at Kingussie High School just 3 miles from home. I am the Principal Teacher for the Faculty of Design, Technology & Home Economics. I am a passionate foodie, Nationally recognised Game cook and educator having achieved third place in the 2018 Eat Game Awards in London, and a new-age lover of Ed Tech tools which enhance the learning of students and teaching of educators.  I am a regular user and commentator on social media belonging to a number of subject and technology PLCs. In my spare time I love to get creative in the kitchen making novelty cakes for friends and family and adventure in the outdoors and swim in our local lochs.
